Diagnostic Services

Polysomnography (PSG): An overnight test utilized to gather baseline data for the diagnosis of sleeping disorders.
Positive Airway Pressure Titration (CPAP or BiPAP): An overnight test utilized to gather data for the treatment of SDB.
Split Study: An overnight PSG with PAP titration, if patient meets criteria, utilized to gather data for diagnosis and treatment of SDB in a single night study.
50/50: An overnight PSG with PAP titration, regardless if patient meets criteria, utilized to gather data for diagnosis and treatment of SDB in a single night study.
ASV Titration: An overnight test utilized to gather data for the treatment of SDB.
Out of Center Sleep Testing (OCST)/Home Sleep Testing (HST): An overnight test utilized to gather data for the diagnosis of OSA in the patients home. This test is not recommended for pediatric, geriatric or patients with co-morbid conditions.
Oximetry: An overnight test utilized to monitor oxygen levels in the patients home.
Multiple Sleep Latency Test (MSLT): A series of daytime naps following a PSG utilized to gather data for the diagnosis of Narcolepsy, if patient meets criteria. A urine toxicity screening may be performed.
Meaningful Wakefulness Test (MWT): Daytime monitoring of a patient following overnight PAP titration utilized to gather data to verify effective treatment of Narcolepsy. This study is performed with a urine toxicity screening.
PAP Nap: Daytime trial of PAP therapy utilized to desensitize patients to PAP therapy.
